Revenue Room Prompt: What Did Discovery Tell You?

Yesterday’s Weekly Command asked you to complete step 1 of my five-step process: the Discovery Protocol. Run it on your own company and write down three things: what you want in 2027, the revenue number behind it, and what is really in the way. Whether you’ve finished the session or not:

Right now, choose a revenue number for 2027, and tell me, how far is it from the number you would share out loud with others?

What is really in the way of reaching that revenue number, and would the people on your team say the same thing?
